By accessing www.casacarrentals.com, submitting a rental request, or booking a vehicle with CASA CAR RENTALS (“CASA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request a rental.

CASA provides self-drive car rental services for trips in Metro Manila and selected destinations across Luzon. Vehicle availability, rates, and rental conditions depend on dates, destination, vehicle type, and confirmation by CASA.

Website content, listed rates, and vehicle descriptions are for general information and may change. A rental is confirmed only after CASA accepts your request and you complete the required booking steps.

To rent a vehicle, you must generally:

• Be of legal driving age and hold a valid driver’s license
• Provide accurate personal and contact information for the booking
• Meet any additional verification, deposit, or documentation requirements communicated by CASA
• Be capable of safely operating the reserved vehicle under applicable traffic laws

CASA may decline or cancel a booking if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Submitting a quote or contact form does not guarantee vehicle availability or finalize a rental. Quotes and published starting rates may vary based on destination, duration, timing, and other trip factors.

• Final rates and inclusions are confirmed during booking coordination with CASA.
• Deposits, balances, bonds, or other fees may be required before pickup.
• Payment methods, due dates, and refundability will be stated during confirmation.

During the rental period, you agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful, personal, or approved business travel purposes
• Follow all traffic laws and operate the vehicle carefully and responsibly
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle unless approved by CASA in writing
• Not use the vehicle for racing, off-roading (unless expressly allowed), towing, illegal activity, or any unsafe purpose
• Return the vehicle on time, with the agreed fuel level, and in substantially the same condition aside from normal wear
• Report accidents, damage, theft, or mechanical issues to CASA as soon as reasonably possible

You are responsible for damage, loss, excess cleaning, traffic violations, tolls, parking fees, and related charges arising from your use of the vehicle during the rental period, except where CASA expressly assumes responsibility under the rental agreement or applicable insurance coverage.

Specific insurance coverage, excess amounts, and renter liability terms will be explained as part of the rental confirmation or written rental agreement. In case of conflict between these website terms and a signed rental agreement for a specific booking, the signed rental agreement controls for that booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-return policies may apply and will be communicated during booking confirmation. Changes are subject to vehicle availability. Late returns may incur additional charges.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to learning about CASA services and submitting rental inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in an abusive way, or interfere with site operations.

All website text, branding, logos, photos, and design elements remain the property of CASA or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep information accurate, CASA does not warrant that website content is always complete, current, or free from errors. Vehicle photos and descriptions are representative and may differ slightly from the unit assigned at confirmation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CASA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or rental inquiries. Liability related to an actual rental is governed by the applicable rental agreement, insurance terms, and Philippine law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes arising from website use or rental services shall be handled under applicable Philippine venues and procedures, unless a signed rental agreement states otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
